Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may have limited carrier options and longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address

We always select the most cost-effective shipping option available for your order — savings we pass along through low rates and our free-shipping threshold.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons (like the holidays) can affect arrival times.

How Your Order Is Fulfilled

Our orders are fulfilled through a third-party fulfillment network with warehouses across the U.S., which lets us ship from the location closest to you for faster, lower-impact delivery. Your package may arrive via USPS, UPS, Amazon shipping, or another carrier, depending on which is the most efficient option for your address. Items in a single order may occasionally ship in separate packages — you won't pay extra if they do.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is included in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of shipment, reach out to us at info@largavitae.com and we'll look into it.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us at info@largavitae.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and around your delivery area first — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. If it hasn't turned up within 2 business days, contact us and we'll help track it down or make it right.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so contact us at info@largavitae.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
