Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email with your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. For hygiene reasons, used or opened items — such as used dish brush heads or opened pet waste bag rolls — may not be returnable.
